How Does It Work?
Ostarine was the prototype. It worked. Mostly. Ligandrol is the prototype that actually delivered. Oral with a 24-30 hour half-life. Potent at very low doses — trials used 0.5-2 mg/day. Black-market doses are often 5-10x higher than what was studied.
