Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data including app interactions, feature usage patterns, and crash reports to improve the app experience.

Subscription Data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data: https://stripe.com/privacy

Research Notes

Any personal research notes, protocols, or logs you enter are stored in your account and are private to you.

Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)

Peptide Manager Pro displays advertising via Google AdSense to help support our research-only educational content. Google and its third-party advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet.

• Cookies: Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie and other cookies to deliver ads. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.
• Data shared with Google: AdSense may receive standard log data — IP address, browser type, the page you accessed, and a timestamp — to deliver and measure ads. We do not share your account information, email, research notes, or subscription data with Google.
• Personalization opt-out: You can disable personalized advertising at any time via Google's Ad Settings.
• How Google uses your data: See Google's "How Google Uses Information from Sites or Apps that Use Our Services".
• Industry-wide cookie opt-out: You can also opt out of third-party advertising cookies via the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Google's role is limited to serving ads on the website; the ad-serving system does not access your Peptide Manager Pro account, payment information, or any private research notes you store with us.

Data Retention

We retain different categories of data for different periods. The table below summarizes how long each type of information is kept and why.

• Account data (email, display name, profile fields, research protocols, dose logs, journal entries, custom stacks): retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app, or by emailing us (see Data Deletion below).
• Email-list subscribers (newsletter, product updates): retained until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list within 24 hours.
• Payment records (Stripe and RevenueCat transaction metadata — invoice IDs, charge timestamps, last 4 of card via Stripe): retained for seven (7) years after the transaction date to comply with United States Internal Revenue Service record-keeping requirements for financial records (26 CFR § 1.6001-1). Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• Anonymized analytics (aggregated feature usage, crash reports with PII removed): retained on an ongoing basis. These records cannot be linked back to an individual user.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and the personal data tied to it at any time. We offer two paths:

1. In-app deletion

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to re-enter your password to confirm. Once confirmed, the request is sent to our servers immediately and processed within 30 days.

2. Email request

Email privacy@peptidemanagerpro.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". If that mailbox is unreachable, you can also write to randy@peptidemanagerpro.com. We respond within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile record (email, name, age, sex, weight, goals, health flags, military verification, beta access flags)
• All dose logs you created
• All custom protocols, stacks, and saved peptides
• All journal entries, side-effect logs, lab-marker entries, and injection-site markers
• All weight-history entries
• All suggestions, push tokens, and notification preferences tied to your account
• Active subscriptions are cancelled with Stripe / RevenueCat (no further billing)
• Your email address is added to the Brevo unsubscribe list so we cannot contact you again

What is retained (and why)

• Anonymized analytics — aggregated usage and crash data that no longer identifies you.
• Financial transaction records — required by US tax law (IRS, 7 years). These are limited to invoice IDs, amounts, and timestamps; we do not retain your name, email, or any health data inside this set.

Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is removed we cannot restore your protocols, logs, or journal entries.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and encrypted data storage. Access to user data is restricted to essential personnel only.

Children's Privacy

Peptide Manager Pro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
