When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.

Subscription Data

Research Notes

Data Retention
We retain your account data and research notes for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for resubscription. After 90 days of inactivity following cancellation, your personal data is permanently deleted from our servers.
Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely to improve the app.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by:

- Including the email address associated with your account
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will:
- Delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days
- Confirm deletion via email
- Note: Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you will not be deleted
