I’m having trouble signing in. What should I do?
If you cannot sign in, please first try resetting your password from the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen. If the problem persists, email randy@peptidemanagerpro.com with the device you are using and a description of what happens.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions, find Peptide Manager Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. Android subscriptions are managed in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email randy@peptidemanagerpro.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
