What Is It?

A 4-amino-acid peptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) synthesized in the 1980s by Vladimir Khavinson. Built from bovine pineal extract. One of the smallest peptides ever studied for longevity.

How Does It Work?

Soviet researchers found bovine pineal extract extended lifespan in animals. Khavinson's team stripped it down, amino acid by amino acid, until they hit four. The smallest piece that still worked. Maximum reduction. Same claim. Activates telomerase (in vitro), extends telomere length, restores pineal melatonin output in aged primates.
